Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each patient and family.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest pediatric nursing practices and research.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
