Audubon Institute's Learning Programs Supervisor Opportunity

Are you passionate about education and learning experiences? Do you have a strong background in program development and implementation? We are seeking an experienced Learning Programs Supervisor to join our team at the Audubon Institute.

As a member of our Learning & Engagement Department, you will be responsible for supervising and developing educational programs for children and adults. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote STEM education and inspire empathy and curiosity among participants.

This is a full-time salaried position with a salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a formal or informal learning environment. A degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience is also required. Additionally, you must have a valid state-issued driver's license.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, donors, visitors, and educators.

**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and develop educational programs for children and adults

* Collaborate with other departments to create and schedule program experiences
* Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and participants

**Requirements:**
* Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in a formal or informal learning environment

* Valid state-issued driver's license
* Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills

**Working Conditions:**
* The ideal candidate will be able to work in a moderately noisy office environment and may be exposed to high, medium, or low noise intensity.
* Regular interaction with coworkers and volunteers is required.

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
