Responsibilities:

The Learning Programs Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing learning programs for various age groups;
  • Supervising seasonal and on-call staff, interns, volunteers (adults and teens), and program participants (all ages);
  • Facilitating program, staff, volunteer, and intern evaluations and feedback;
  • Collaborating with other internal teams to create and schedule program experiences;
  • Ensuring that classrooms, supplies, and other resources are prepared for all scheduled programming;

  • Educating diverse audiences about the natural world through mission-aligned STEM curriculum and activities that inspire empathy and curiosity among participants.
