This exciting opportunity as a Controller offers a unique chance to join a hyper-growth company with strong long-term incentives and contribute to its scale-up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both financial and administrative aspects of the business, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and financial planning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of finance, accounting, operations, office management, and management experience, with expertise in GAAP, Sox, Audit, and Tax preparation.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Graduate degree preferred. The selected individual will work closely with the Executive Management team and other finance and firm-wide managers.

The role requires a highly developed verbal and written communication skillset, with the ability to compose correspondence and content materials, as well as respond to inquiries from the Executive Management team.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, flexible spending account, health insurance, and paid time off.

Please note that working onsite is required for this position.
