About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and capability development of our centralized price management capability for Enterprise. This role will have ownership for both front-end and back-end development/design resulting in a flagship Ivy Price Product that serves thousands of users across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in supply chain, digital, or a related field. They will have a deep understanding of merchandising lifecycle, with a focus on in-season management and price lifecycle. Additionally, they will have experience working in an agile environment, facilitating communication between business and technology teams, and leading a body of work with cross-functional partners.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and setting key business objectives (OKRs) for the product. They will leverage the knowledge of the product, customer feedback, and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for the product.

The role will involve working in partnership with Pricing Strategy and Operations to evaluate current strategies, decide how to set the best price for Target using deep competitive intelligence, data science forecasting models, and adaptable financial and vendor partner guardrails. The Senior Product Manager will also partner with a deeply knowledgeable operations and data insights team to develop business cases that often have 9 to 10 figure financial impact and incorporate industry intelligence of shifting Guest expectations and experience in a rapidly evolving pricing solution space.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about pricing and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business implementation in financial forecasting models and impact on business user personas. They will also have the ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners and strong communication skills.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. The team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team, and tasks require for that day.
