Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Regional Marketing to join our US commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Engage with key opinion leaders, solicit feedback, and support disease state or product conversations.
  • Advance Organizational Capabilities: Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights, input on strategy, tactics, and messaging, and program execution.
  • Speaker Program Management: Develop physician speakers, provide training, and ensure compliant execution of speaker programs.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Conduct all aspects of business in compliance with BMS's values, policies, SOPs, and laws.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or medical affairs.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • Marketing, Sales Management, and/or launch experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with thought leader engagement, ad boards, and speaker's bureau strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large geographical territories.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive stakeholder relationships and effectively meet their needs.
  • Ability to inform strategies, develop tactics, and execute against strategic plans under short timelines.
  • Strong business acumen and clinical knowledge in complex disease states.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  • Self-driven with strong organizing and planning skills.
  • Ability to leverage interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
  • Business travel and willingness to work evenings and select weekends required.
