Phone Customer Support Specialist

Pattern is a leading Ecommerce acceleration company, and we're seeking a skilled Phone Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll provide top-notch support to our customers, collaborating with colleagues and leveraging our systems to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional phone and chat support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Represent Pattern's brand and values, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on Ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and others
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products and Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Zendesk)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
