About the Role

We are seeking an EHS Program Manager to join our team in Bridgeport, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, PA, Houston, TX, or Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Water Solution Services (WSS) Contractor Safety program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage the contractor pre-qualification process, ensuring all required safety documentation, certifications, training, and insurance are up-to-date and maintained in the contractor database.
  • Conduct regular audits, pre and post-construction assessments of vendor compliance, and manage vendor risk assessments and due diligence processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of compliance standards and develop strong relationships with suppliers/vendors to enhance compliance and performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for suppliers/vendors on compliance standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 7 years experience working as a safety professional in a manufacturing and/or construction environment.
  • 7 years experience managing a Contractor Safety program and system.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Comfortable providing safety training and presentations to contractors/suppliers and/or large audiences.
