Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company that is dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, EHS to join our team in Bothell, WA.

The Senior Specialist, EHS will play a critical role in supporting the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) efforts within the Bothell facility. This includes managing site environmental programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and developing and implementing new environmental programs and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS, with experience in managing environmental programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing and implementing policies and procedures. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage site environmental programs, including air, water, waste, and soil management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EPA regulations
  • Develop and implement new environmental programs and policies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve EHS goals

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in an environmental discipline, chemistry, or biological sciences
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of EHS experience in a laboratory or manufacturing facility
  • Strong background in EHS, with experience in managing environmental programs, conducting risk assessments, and developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
