Our community is seeking a Resident Transition Specialist to become part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome prospective residents during the leasing process to establish rapport and trust.
Assist pre-leased residents with timely access to their apartments for measuring purposes.

Participate in daily meetings to communicate updates regarding scheduled move-in days with all relevant department heads.

Ensure apartments are prepared by verifying final cleaning and completion of any necessary tasks. Follow up on requirements to guarantee apartments are in excellent move-in condition.

Conduct final walkthroughs, ensuring essentials such as water bottles in the refrigerator, appropriate thermostat settings, and resident handbooks are in place.

Coordinate the moving process with residents and movers to facilitate a seamless transition, including logistics for truck entry, parking, and access points.

Welcome new residents on their move-in day, providing an orientation to the community and their apartment, covering keys, mail, appliances, thermostat, and more.

Deliver a welcome gift or basket to new residents on their move-in day or place it in their apartment beforehand.

Provide meals to new residents on their move-in day.
Organize dinner and activities for the first few days of their transition. Introduce new residents to resident ambassadors.
Review the Celebrations calendar of events and connect new residents with the FitCamp Trainer.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Minimum one (1) year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
Experience in senior living, multi-family housing, or new home environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, particularly Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to utilize email and the Internet.
