We have a rich history of serving older adults with commitment and care. We are currently in search of a Practical Nurse Specialist to enhance our Health Center team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and ensure compliance with physician directives.
- Execute resident care strategies as outlined by medical professionals.
- Assess resident care requirements and liaise with healthcare providers.
- Dispense medications as instructed and manage the medication inventory.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitoring.
- Support residents with their daily living activities and personal hygiene.
Required Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in Florida.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
