We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure the optimal functioning of our community's facilities. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and standards associated with employment at Westminster Services and its communities.
- Oversee maintenance personnel on designated tasks or projects.
- Ensure the timely completion of assigned maintenance jobs and projects.
- Diagnose and execute significant repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical infrastructures throughout the community and residential areas.
- Collaborate with contractors or service providers to identify and resolve equipment or system issues.
- Guide team members in troubleshooting minor equipment problems and instruct them on repair techniques.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or training is preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in at least one maintenance specialty is essential.
- A/C Gas 1, 2, and 3 certification is preferred.
- Additional certifications or licenses in specialized skills are advantageous.
