About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and drive our kitchen operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in our kitchen, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests. With a strong focus on quality, service, and cleanliness, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food ordering, and scheduling.
  • Direct and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for kitchen staff.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
