Sales Manager Lead

As a Sales Manager at Newance, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the DC market. With a strong focus on sales strategy and execution, you will work closely with the Vice President of National Sales to develop and implement effective sales processes.
This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, requiring high energy, strong networking skills, and a self-starter mindset. You will be part of an exciting entrepreneurial company that provides flexible office space and coworking solutions to professionals.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a successful sales-related role, with a proven track record of pipeline growth and deal closure. You should also possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle, including pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts
• Identify and execute new strategic business development opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and foster new relationships that lead to pipeline growth
• Generate profitable new business through sales funnel management and outreach activities
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform sales strategies

In the first 30 days, you'll work closely with the Vice President of National Sales to learn the sales process and systems. In the first 60 days, you'll begin building your sales funnel through numerous outlets, including outbound campaigns. By the end of the 90-day period, you'll run tours with confidence, build relationships with new prospects, and drive top-of-the-funnel pipeline.
