Strategic Business Development Manager

White Tail Environmental LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be based in Michigan, but will require frequent travel to Dallas and Florida. As a key member of the executive team, the Strategic Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality across the company's national operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic management, operational excellence, and team leadership. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business performance and market share, leading a diverse team of regional managers and staff, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization. In addition, the Strategic Business Development Manager will be responsible for monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the mitigation/restoration/testing field.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple locations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
