About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instructor to join our team at InMotion Wellness Studio Florence. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Assisted Stretch Therapy sessions to our clients, improving their flexibility and mobility, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Assisted Stretch Therapy sessions to clients, using proven methods of assisted stretching techniques, including Passive (CNS) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work effectively with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized stretching plans to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in Assisted Stretch Therapy, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the studio, suggesting new ideas and initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
