Main Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef at Soho House & Co., you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This includes overseeing the back of house operation, staffing, food production, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menu options, recruit and train new employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and management background, with a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar volume-based business
  • Culinary training and professional certification
  • Experience managing P&L's, labor, purchasing, vendors, and quality control
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Food Safety certification and experience with local sanitation regulations
