  • A keen interest in performance debugging and benchmarking.
  • A willingness to embrace challenges in a rapidly evolving field, as many of our obstacles are unprecedented.
  • A desire to work within a small, growing team where autonomy is encouraged.
  • An open and empathetic approach, valuing collaboration and the best ideas.
  • Direct experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
  • A strong curiosity about blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies, with an understanding of their fundamentals.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range for this position of $240,000 - $280,000, commensurate with job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
