Role of Transportation Procurement Analyst at OneRail:- Conduct research to broaden the network of Logistic Service Providers to fulfill ongoing transportation requirements.
- Engage with Logistic Service Providers at various levels to foster effective partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing structures with both new and existing Logistic Service Providers to secure competitive rates.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance transportation workflows.
- Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and assess supplier performance.

Qualifications for the Position:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics procurement or a comparable role.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.

- Proficient in data analysis and principles of supply chain management.
- Skilled at operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience working with Logistic Service Providers.
- Familiarity with Request for Proposal processes and contract negotiations.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
- Understanding of best practices in supply chain management.
