Position Overview:

Adecco is seeking a Customer Service Representative with expertise in Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the electronics sector. If you possess experience in handling RMA processes for PCBA, servers, and electronic hardware, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a crucial link between customers and various departments including engineering, receiving, quality control, and shipping to facilitate the resolution of status escalations and expedite repairs.
  • Oversee daily team operations to ensure precise and efficient entry of repair memos, minimize open RMAs, and cultivate strong partnerships with coordinators for effective problem-solving and timely resolutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing issues, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Process all tasks in alignment with established working practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage inbound and outbound RMA shipments and defective parts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of received and dispatched items.
  • Collaborate with team members to assess production capacity, lead times, and resource availability to evaluate the feasibility of production plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay ranges from $24.00 to $27.00. Benefit offerings for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Our benefits provide employees the flexibility to select coverage that meets their individual needs. Associates may also qualify for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave mandated by federal, state, or local law, along with holiday pay where applicable.
