Business Development Sales Representative

Job Duties:

Engage with customers to build relationships and facilitate vehicle purchases.

Utilize inbound scripts to analyze leads and schedule appointments.

Log customer information and comments in the CRM system.

Respond promptly to internet leads and contact customers via phone.

Contact customers using outbound scripts to schedule sales appointments.

Schedule follow-up contacts as needed and re-schedule no-show appointments.

Generate emails and phone calls according to contact timelines.

Maintain knowledge of new and used car inventory.

Forward customer concerns to the BDC Manager and follow up on issues.

Present a professional image to selected clientele.

Requirements:

Excellent attendance is a must.

Ability to work any assigned shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Flexible schedule and ability to handle heavy phone contact.

Proficiency in multiple software applications and basic technology skills for video and picture taking.
