About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Daniel Defense LLC. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts through effective communication, sales calls, and email correspondence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling and entry of customer purchase orders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Monitor and respond to social media in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the normal workday.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and chemicals.
