Position Title: Retail Sales Associate

Starting Pay: $15.95 per hour plus commission

Job Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our retail locations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing assistance with product inquiries.
  • Processing sales transactions using a Point of Sale system.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Maintaining a reliable attendance record.
Work Schedule

This is an event-driven environment, requiring flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, aligned with scheduled events.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Effective communication skills with colleagues, management, and guests.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capable of working in confined spaces with others.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Regularly required to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
