Our Business Model

We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process donations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
