Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing product recommendations and educating them on our cannabis products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including different strains, products, and accessories.
  • Point of Sale (POS) System: Accurately handle cash transactions, maintain a balanced cash register, and utilize our POS system, Flowhub, to manage sales and inventory.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory audits, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Security and Compliance: Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products and maintain knowledge of company security requirements.
Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of different cannabis strains and products.
  • Work Experience: Experience working in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of essential computer functions and ability to learn how to use various software and programs.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. individually and sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods.
