Job Title: Financial Resource Analyst

At InSequence, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Resource Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Governance and control of our portfolio, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes.
  • Tracking and monitoring program deliverables, providing timely updates and status reports.
  • Applying processes to ensure data currency, validity, and relevance, driving business decisions.
  • Maintaining a library of PMO documents and building a repository of project templates to support project managers.
  • Supporting project, program, and portfolio-level business process analysis, mapping, improvements, reporting, market research, and internal outreach and communications.
  • Translating business processes into workflows and dashboards, driving process improvements.
  • Updating and maintaining organizational IT lifecycle documentation and supporting materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Supporting IT roadmap updates, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years of experience, or Associate Degree + 10 Years, or Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years, or Master's Degree + 6 Years, or PhD + 4 Years.
