Job Description

About the Role

InSequence, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Resource Manager to join our team. As a Financial Resource Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather financial information and provide input to leadership on business process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to senior leadership on the program's financial status during program management reviews.
  • Work closely with project managers to define requirements and justify financial needs.
  • Analyze the program's execution and track expenditures against available budget.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on the financial status and recommend solutions and strategies.
  • Gather information for and track BCR packages and Economy Act Transfers.
  • Be actively involved in document and quality control.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 years of experience
  • Associates + 10 years of experience
  • Bachelors + 6 years of experience
  • PhD + 4 years of experience
