Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of Oracle PeopleSoft and other ERP software initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, particularly with Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle for Oracle PeopleSoft and other ERP software projects, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are utilized effectively for timely and cost-efficient delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, external consultants, and vendors, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and training sessions to gather requirements and promote user adoption of ERP solutions.
- Manage change requests and assess their impact on project timelines and resources.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, focusing on Oracle PeopleSoft and ERP software implementations.
- Proven experience managing complex ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a project management role with Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems is highly desirable.

Skills and Experience
- Strong foundation in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft applications and modules, including Financials, Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Basic understanding of technical concepts related to ERP systems, such as database management and system integrations.
- Experience in change management principles is valuable for leading organizational change initiatives associated with ERP implementations.

Work Environment
Work is conducted in an office setting, requiring the ability to operate standard office equipment. Light to moderate lifting may be necessary, along with the ability to walk short distances and perform various physical tasks.
