About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in Level 2 residential programs, helping them to live independently and reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include creating personalized plans to meet the needs of each individual, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for transporting individuals as needed and working closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior experience working with people with disabilities is an asset, but not necessary.
