We are seeking a Medical Support Professional to join our team at the Lynn Community Health Center.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits effective on the first day of employment, including a school loan repayment program and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all vital signs, necessary screenings, measurements, and point-of-care testing, accurately recording results on the appropriate medical record template.
  • Display excellent interpersonal communication skills with a team player approach, paying attention to detail and respecting patient confidentiality.
  • Assist providers during and after exams, including chaperoning, assisting with procedures, interpreting, labeling, and sending specimens to the lab, and clearing away instruments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Medical Assistant Training Program with a successfully completed externship experience; certification preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish / Khmer / Russian with knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • CPR or ASL certified.
  • A desire to work as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team.
