Required Qualifications:
  • Educational Credentials: High School Diploma or GED is essential. Early Childhood Education coursework is preferred.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience: Previous experience in childcare or a demonstrated passion for early childhood education is advantageous.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Must adhere to state-specific guidelines for the position.
    • Meet state and federal requirements including performance standards, immunizations, and necessary health and safety training.
  • Childcare Skills:
    • Ability to recognize and mitigate potential risks in a childcare environment.
    • Ensure children's safety and meet their daily needs, including diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
    • Promote and model positive social skills, including effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Keep children actively engaged in developmentally appropriate activities.
    • Exhibit patience, professionalism, and composure at all times.

    • Stand and walk for extended periods without discomfort.
