Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Lynkx Staffing LLC. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support to the Quality Department, focusing on talent management, organization design, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR consultation and support to the Quality Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other functions to achieve business goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Coach and develop HR team members within assigned groups.
  • Serve as a business partner and advisor, providing guidance on HR processes and policies.
  • Design and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Sponsor change initiatives to support organizational evolution.
  • Promote a philosophy of employee relations, emphasizing open communications and equal opportunities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with key legal requirements.
  • Oversee salary administration, including annual performance management and compensation processes.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten years progressive HR/business leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with employees and leaders.
  • Ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
  • Prior experience in working in a matrix and complex operating environment preferred.
  • Highly ethical, authentic, and committed to high integrity.
  • Learns fast, while being adaptable to the changing environment.
  • Look to raise the bar of service delivery and always seeks ways to improve.
  • Communication proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of employees.
