About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Admin to join our team at Elevance Health. As a Sales Operations Admin, you will provide administrative support to an individual or department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with end-users to identify areas of improvement and establish best practices within Salesforce.
  • Maintain general files, order supplies, screen phone calls, and coordinate meetings.
  • Complete scheduled and unscheduled updates in Salesforce, including record deletes, status changes, and merges.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the BioPlus V database.
  • Coordinate travel plans and submit expense reports.
  • Compile, collate, and assemble meeting and presentation materials.
  • Utilize various software packages to produce professional-quality reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Perform technical support duties, including information gathering, reporting, tracking, and researching.
  • Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred.
  • Salesforce administrative experience and end-user experience highly preferred.
  • Database management experience and two years of specialty pharmacy experience also preferred.

Work Environment

We operate in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, requiring associates to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week and potentially several times per week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
