Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Solutions & Opportunities Support (SOS) department, with an emphasis on elevating the satisfaction levels of individuals receiving support.
  • Implement a standardized approach for resolving conflicts and concerns across the agency, ensuring it includes active listening, empathy, and de-escalation strategies to promote constructive discussions.
  • Provide support to all Community Living Service (CLS) teams by promoting techniques that enhance active listening and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure a responsive, ethical, and effective strategy to meet the urgent needs of individuals and families in our care.
  • Monitor service quality and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Review and analyze reports regarding the quality and efficiency of the support services provided.
  • Collaborate with the SOS director to track the Objective Key Response (OKR) and Key Performance Index (KPI) metrics for the SOS department.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in a director-level management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, empathy, active listening, conflict resolution expertise, and proficiency in teamwork and collaboration.
