Brunsell Lumber and Millwork is a leading provider of building material supplies in southern Wisconsin, catering to professional contractors. We specialize in premium-quality products, including windows from top brands such as Marvin, Andersen, and WeatherShield.
As a Residential Window Sales Representative with Brunsell Lumber & Millwork, you will focus on promoting and selling high-quality windows to builders, remodelers, architects, and other professionals in the Madison area. Your primary goal will be to grow window sales by penetrating new residential and remodeling segments.
Job Responsibilities
You will manage window takeoffs, generate proposals, present proposals to customers, and close sales of window projects. You will also run daily in-person meetings with construction trade professionals. Additional responsibilities include closing sales at a high rate while maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting our company throughout the sales process, and meeting established productivity standards.
Requirements
To succeed as a Residential Window Sales Representative, you must be a people-person with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. You should have a minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably working with new residential or remodeling building professionals. You must also possess knowledge of building plans and codes, business communication methods, and computer proficiency.
Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
