Job Summary:

We are seeking a Fashion Sales Professional to join our team at Plato's Closet Madison East & West. As a Fashion Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling merchandise, providing customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and take initiative.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
