Job Summary

Citizens is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Assistant II to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisors in maximizing revenue production and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients, financial advisors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Complete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clients, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and financial advisors.
  • Submit cases into workflow and follow through to funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage CRM and pipeline entry, maintaining up-to-date records and providing valuable insights to financial advisors.
  • Sustain expertise on operational processes and systems, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

  • Understanding of general banking and wealth management services, with a strong focus on customer-centricity and relationship-building.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Continuously exhibits personal integrity, professional initiative, and adaptability to change, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • A track record of working effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and specialists.

Education and Certifications

  • College degree in a business-related field preferred, or a High School Degree/GED with a minimum 3 or more years of industry experience.
  • A combination of Life and Health, Series 6, and/or Life and Health, SIE licenses required.
  • Must be able to obtain Series 7 and 66 within a specific timeframe required.

Work Environment

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
