Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as Liaison between clients, financial advisors, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Complete New Client Onboarding and service requests for existing clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Schedule and Confirm Client Appointments and manage client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Submit Cases into Workflow and follow through to funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage CRM and Pipeline Entry to maintain up-to-date client information and sales activity.
  • Sustain Expertise on operational processes and systems to provide exceptional support to Financial Advisors.
Requirements
  • Understanding of General Banking and Wealth Management Services to provide informed support to Financial Advisors.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Self-Motivated, Organized, and Detail-Oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personal Integrity, Professional Initiative, and Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and specialists.
Education and Certifications
  • College Degree in a Business-Related Field preferred or a High School Degree/GED with a minimum 3 or more years of industry experience.
  • A Combination of Life and Health, Series 6, and/or Life and Health, SIE Licenses required.
  • Ability to Obtain Series 7 and 66 within a Specific Timeframe required.
Work Schedule and Benefits
