Property Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Mainline North in Santa Clara, CA.
Job SummaryThe Property Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers. This involves anticipating, identifying, and correcting any problems involving the property, as well as implementing procedures to prevent such issues.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on community amenities, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Supervision: Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, management, and vendors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot maintenance-related problems, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions.
- Education and Experience: At least two years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance, and a valid driver's license.
- Skills: Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
