Back Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Back Desk Coordinator to join our team at Serenity Healthcare. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role
- Update and verify customer information upon each visit.
- Build rapport with clients, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
- Address client concerns, respect boundaries, and provide sensitive support.
- Ensure a positive client experience by providing support and compassion.
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry.
