About the Job

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide specialized nursing care, promoting the health and well-being of our patients. You'll work closely with patients' families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life by providing hands-on care, medication administration, IV fluids, respiratory cares, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of a Pediatric RN Case Manager
  • Provide direct patient care as defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
  • Carry out the plan of care, recognizing opportunities to teach/counsel patients and families about medication, treatment regimens, and self-care techniques
  • Complete and submit necessary documentation in accordance with Harmony Policy and applicable regulations
  • Evaluate outcomes of care and inform physicians and staff of changes in patient needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Utah RN or LPN license
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a reliable automobile
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen upon hire
Compensation and Benefits:
