Nursing Professional in Emergency Care

This position is ideal for recent nursing graduates or those with less than one year of experience. As a New Grad RN, you will work under the supervision of a licensed RN until your license can be verified.
Our Nurse Residency ProgramWe offer a comprehensive one-year nurse residency program that supports new graduates in their transition from classroom to caregiver. The program includes webinars, simulations, case studies, and in-person meetings to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed RN
- Attend Intermountain's nurse residency program to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a current RN license in the state of practice
- Have a recognized and accredited Nursing/RN education program degree (education will be verified)
- Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
We offer a competitive salary range of $34.19 - $50.73 per hour, depending on experience.
