Pediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team at Amazing Care Home Health Services. As a Pediatric Home Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by providers.
- Log clinical notes within the EMR System (Kantime).
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/RN License within the State of Utah.
- CPR Certification.
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patient locations.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated hourly rate of $25-$32 for LPNs and $35-$45 for RNs, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $1000 for part-time positions, paid after 90 days of employment.
