About the Role

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Loan Workout team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
  • Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
Requirements
  • Legal administration/support experience.
  • Ability to combine documents in Adobe Reader.
  • User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note.
  • Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX.
  • Working knowledge of legal civil procedures.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time-sensitive documents that come in weekly).
  • Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team.
  • 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful.

  • Root cause analysis.
  • Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.
  • Payment research.
  • Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.
  • Partnering with 3rd party law firms.
  • Working independently and being resourceful.
  • Enterprise/corporate environment background.
