Job Summary

LakeHouse Menomonee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our business office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of monthly billing and collection processes, utilizing established policies and procedures.
  • Oversee cash controls, including the depositing and posting of cash receipts, and implement and monitor controls over petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and the collection and recording of payments.
  • Process invoices and Pcard transactions, and oversee checkbook entries and balances.
  • Contribute to the compilation of information for weekly reports, and coordinate the processing of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Interface with residents on billing and collection issues, and assist with the preparation and maintenance of resident files, records, and reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Associates degree preferred.
  • One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
