As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing reservation requests that typically range from 1 to 10 room nights, ensuring compliance with client travel policies.

Regular follow-ups with clients for pending requests will be part of your duties. You will handle communications from clients and other team members with precision and speed. Reporting directly to the operations manager, you will collaborate closely with team leads.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and fulfilling reservation requests to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.

- Booking accommodations that align with client guidelines regarding per diem, amenities, and other preferences.

- Timely response to client requests before deadlines.
- Applying decision-making skills to identify hotel options that align with business financial objectives.
- Accurately entering reservation data into the system.
- Utilizing knowledge of the hospitality industry and regional markets relevant to clients.
- Meeting all client deadlines consistently.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide quick and accurate responses.
- Following up with clients regarding outstanding requests prior to their arrival.
- Addressing client and hotel issues related to changes in reservations, such as extensions or early departures.
- Collaborating with Account Management and Hotel Network Management to pinpoint frequently used hotels and explore opportunities for offering clients preferred options.

- Ensuring effective communication with clients and hotels via phone and email, maintaining alignment with the CLC mission and delivering exceptional service.


- Striving to provide an unparalleled level of service that anticipates client and guest needs.
- Professionally addressing issues with all CLC Clients and Departments.
- Participating in all required training sessions, meetings, or events as directed by your supervisor.
- Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on business demands.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver exceptional service with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with internet navigation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and phone skills, demonstrating initiative and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including potential overtime as needed.
