Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Agent with Superhost Hospitality, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing and resolving guest concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

In your initial phase, you will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our hotel systems and procedures. Working closely with your team, you'll gain hands-on experience in managing guest interactions, handling reservations, and resolving issues.
