Impact of the Role:
As a member of the Member Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in contacting members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans. Your primary responsibility will be to offer, explain, and schedule complimentary in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations.
Daily Duties- Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialing system.
- Utilize over 20 approved scripts to ensure clear communication and address member inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Achieve daily performance targets related to call volume and appointment scheduling.
- Manage appointment adjustments and cancellations as needed.
- Track and report performance metrics, including call volume and appointment statistics.
- Escalate member complaints to management promptly.
- Engage in peer coaching and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and privacy standards in all communications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of call center experience or two years of general work experience.
- Experience in a high-volume outbound call environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
- Proficient in using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required.
