Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support and ensuring a seamless user experience with our platform.

Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering product-related questions, and helping customers maximize the value of our solution. You will work closely with other teams, including product and development, to relay customer feedback and contribute to ongoing product improvements.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the use of our platform.
  • Guide customers through system navigation and provide product training as needed.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve the product and user experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using our CRM and support tools.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Employee Location: The employee must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and work in the office at least four (4) days per week.

Salary Range: $44,000 - $50,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Bonus
