At EnergyCare, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review and update sensitive and financial information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet established productivity goals and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC, and navigate a Windows environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must pass a background and drug test.
